Seymour Halpern (November 19, 1913 – January 10, 1997) was an American politician. A member of the Republican Party, he notably served as the U.S. Representative from New York's 4th (1959-1963) and 6th (1963-1973) congressional districts. Born in New York City, he graduated from Richmond Hill High School and attended Seth Low College of Columbia University from 1932 to 1934.
